Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery

We don't accept cancellations

Conditions of return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. We advise you to use a postal service that gives you proof of posting, because lost packages will not be refunded.

To start a return, you can contact us.  We will send you a return form. Please fill in the return form and put it in the package for return. We will process refunds within one week after the item is received.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
